About our wineries selections
The winery produces 16 different wines that express the microclimates where the vineyards are located. The vineyards in the South experience occasionally extreme winds, arid and hard basaltic soils, formed during the latest volcanic activities. The vineyards in the midlands of the island are old, with traditional red grape varieties. These old vines are situated above 1,000 meters of altitude, on steep slopes, with loose, rocky soils, and they benefit from the trade winds and mists that favor the cultivation during the ripening process.
