A unique itinerary leading you through sculpted canyons, ancient volcanic craters, and one of Gran Canaria’s most celebrated Indigenous heritage sites. The journey culminates at our winery, perched 1,000 metres above sea level within the Gran Canaria Biosphere Reserve (UNESCO, June 2005). As the island’s largest estate, our vineyards stretch across multiple valleys, where vines thrive in a mosaic of volcanic soils, altitudes, and microclimates. We rise from the coast into the island’s quiet heart: ravines like open pages, pines brushing the sky. From a wind-kissed lookout to a whitewashed village and, finally, a sunlit winery, every stop is a small story—of rock, roots, and sea breezes—tasted parcel by parcel in your glass.

About our wineries selections
The winery produces 8 different wines that express the microclimates where the vineyards are located. The vineyards in the South experience occasionally extreme winds, arid and hard basaltic soils, formed during the latest volcanic activities. The vineyards in the midlands of the island are old, with traditional red grape varieties. These old vines are situated above 1,000 meters of altitude, on steep slopes, with loose, rocky soils, and they benefit from the trade winds and mists that favor the cultivation during the ripening process.
